(collectively “Evanger’s”) have agreed to provide cash payments or merchandise certificates to consumers who purchased Evanger’s Hunk of Beef, Evanger’s Braised Beef, or Against the Grain Pulled Beef with Gravy between December 1, 2015 and June 30, 2017. Evanger’s also have agreed to change certain advertising practices and fund additional third-party testing of the above products for a limited time.“
