Send 424k
- The Send 424K web site talks about a retirement option that almost all Americans are missing: the secret 424(k)
- A 424(k) account can be opened up with as little as $25, and can earn as much as 90 time the initial investment
- 246 of America’s biggest companies offer this retirement program, which is open to anyone, not just people who worked for that company
To get started with a 424K account, investors just need a brokerage account, $25 to start, and a passcode (instead of ticker symbols). The 424K site is run by Mitchell Clark, an investor that has over 30 years of financial history as a stock broker and a financial analyst.
Forbes has called 424(k) accounts “The most under utilized investment that could be the answer for many people’s retirement troubles” and USA Today called 424(k) accounts a “forgotten corner of Wall Street.”
People who sign up for a 424(k) account often earn more than these accounts than they did with their regular jobs. Public companies pay 2 to 3% on dividends, not enough to retire on. But some of America’s biggest companies pay 5, 10, and even 19 times. Money can be taken out at any time, and payments often come in monthly. Investments aren’t tied up like other investments.
What is a 4k4(k) account?
The name 424(k) comes from the IRS tax codes that allow for these accounts to be held (like a 401(k) comes from IRS code 401k. A 424(k) is a fixed investment, meaning people know exactly how much they’re getting when they go in, and a 424(k) investment is much safer than any type of stock investments.
