The Mustang 5.0 Fever Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the US who are 18 years of age or older, have a driver licenses, and live in the lower 48 states (sorry Alaska and Hawaii residents). Employees of the Ford Motor Company and their immediate family members are not allowed to enter.

- The winner must pay all sale taxes associated with the Mustang prize
