The Cafe Tesco Views survey will take about 6 minutes to complete and customers will need to provide the 4 digit code from the customer receipt in order to begin. The 4 digit survey code can be found on the Cafe Tesco receipt at the very bottom right next to the time of purchase. Once the customer has entered the 4 digit survey code they will be asked a few super short questions in regards to their visit. Answer these questions honestly and then provide an email address in order to enter the £1000 Gift Card sweepstakes drawing. On top of the £1000 Gift Card sweepstakes drawing customer will also earn 25 club card points (what’s not to like here). InMoment Inc will gather all the survey data and deliver it to the managers in charge of each Cafe Tesco location. Customers who fail to take the survey will curse themselves knowing they blew their chance to enter a sweepstakes where they could have won a £1000 Cafe Tesco Gift Card. In order to enter the Cafe.TescoViews.com customer survey sweepstakes the contestant must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the UK. Employees of Tesco and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate. Tesco will allow one entry into the prize draw and one set of 25 Clubcard points per month per household.
