Bad OA Pain
- The Bad OA Pain Service is intended for people who suffer from Osteoarthritis Pain to learn more about medical studies that can not only help their pain, but pay them cash in the process for their time
- There is no cost and no later obligation for people to see if they qualify to take part in an Acurial Medical study, but applicants are not guaranteed admission just because they apply
- Payment is not guaranteed for everyone who applies as certain criteria must be met
The Clinical Research Studies of Potential Medications From Acurian Health take people who have certain diseases or illnesses, provide them with experimental (but still safe) medication, give them constant care by a doctor, and then compensate them for their time. Available space in medical studies from Acurian is limited, so it’s recommended that people who are interested apply as soon as they can. Depending on the particular study design, patients who are participating in a clinical research study may get an experimental new medicine to be studied, or they may get a simple placebo or other inactive pill to serve as a control case. Payments made by Acurian Health for studies depends on the length of the study and the particular case that study was investigating. Please note that no health insurance or doctor referrals are needed to take part in a medial health research study from Acurian, but patients will need to consent to divulging their past medical history before they take part.
What do people who participate in an Acurian Health study receive?
People who apply for, qualify for, and complete a study from Acurian Health will receive payment for the study (which varies depending on the study, but can be up to $1,000), no cost care from local doctors, and no cost medication designed specifically to treat their problem.
