The Tom’s of Maine Products Class settlement lawsuit revolves around claims that Tom’s mislabeled certain beauty and personal care products as natural when they actually contained chemical properties. Class members argue that they would not have bought the product have they known that the product contained a chemical substance and was not natural as Tom’s of Maine claimed. The led plantiff in the lawsuit is named as Allison Gay anyone who purchase any of the following products between March 25, 2009 and Sept. 23, 2015 will want to file a claim.

All claim forms in regards to the Tom’s of Maine class action settlement are due by May 7th, 2016 and class members who file timely claims may receive up to $28 in reimbursements. When filing a claim please be sure to include the class members mailing address, the total number of Tom’s of Maine Covered Products purchased PLUS the location or purchase, and a signature certying that all information provided is true.
